Still, after already bringing in Mohamed Salah and Fabinho, the club is now closing in on a deal for Richarlison from Tottenham.
Trabzonspor has reportedly agreed personal terms with the Brazilian forward, offering him a salary roughly three times higher than what he currently earns in London. Tottenham have already rejected two formal offers from the Turkish club, reportedly worth £15 million and £20 million respectively. A new bid from Trabzonspor is expected, and the chances of the deal going through appear high.
However, the club won't be able to register the forward for the Conference League league phase, as yesterday marked the final registration deadline — meaning Richarlison won't be eligible to feature in the upcoming European away fixture.
