A product of Sporting Lisbon's youth academy, he has also represented Galatasaray, Gaziantep, Real Sociedad, RB Leipzig, PSV Eindhoven, Olympiacos, Fenerbahçe, Braga, and Benfica throughout his career.
For the Portuguese national team, the winger has earned 14 caps and scored 2 goals, though he hasn't been called up since 2024.
